Question by JayL: What should I be scoring (individual or as a team) before entering a local golf tournament?
Ive been playing golf now for about 3 months and was wondering how good I should be before entering a local golf tournament. Most of the tournaments are 2-4 man scrambles.

if you have been only playing for 3 onths then you canot be too god yet so i would suggest teaming up with some good players. just go out there and make solid contact so you dont look stupid. also, 42% of golf shots are putts so practice alot at putting and chipping
